Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow the delivery status.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 5–14 business days

  • Non-EU countries (within Europe): 7–19 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, local holidays, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and order size. Free shipping may be offered on promotional basis — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

We ship to most European countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service.

Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions:

  • The return period expires 14 days after the day you received the item(s).

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Notify us by email at info@vangevorkian.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number.

  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days after notifying us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding any initial shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
